About

Hi! Welcome! I’ve been told over and over to start a blog and I am finally doing it!

This roller coaster life we all have has left me with too many thoughts and possible lectures (according to my teenagers) so this was an easy avenue and a great adventure awaiting. I enjoy writing and am often up at odd hours with too many things in my head to allow for sleep, so this begins.

I am a mama of two great teens, a working woman, daughter, sister, friend, auntie. I enjoy the Pacific Northwest as my home, although my soul belongs in the mountains of Montana or Colorado.

My passion is helping women reach their potential. To see women be successful and fulfilled in themselves. As wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, etc, we wear many hats each day and are often overwhelmed and burnt out. I spent many years feeling overwhelmed and stressed. But I have ALWAYS had an amazing source of female friends that lift me up, encourage me, listen, cry and laugh with me. They have provided strength when I was weak. They have called me out when I have been wallowing in self-pity, they hold my hand on new ventures. It’s because of these women, that I hope to offer the same encouragement, strength, ideas, and be a resource to you.

This blog is my attempt to share what “wisdom” I have learned along the way in this crazy, exciting and sometimes very challenging and heartbreaking life. To hopefully share new ideas, adventures and bring some light and happiness to your world.

Thank you for joining me and reading my thoughts. I appreciate the time you have taken to read my posts. I hope you enjoy what you find.

Jen
